Allergan’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
Our compliance programme is built around the Allergan Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which is a global standard applied to all of our business activities. It requires Allergan employees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and internal policies and to conduct all business activities in an ethical manner. The code sets out the standards that must be upheld by Allergan employees.
The EAME Compliance Programme
To further embed the principles of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Allergan has dedicated Compliance & Ethics personnel in key regions of the business. These individuals oversee the compliance programme, providing training to employees and developing appropriate internal controls. We also have both national and regional compliance committees who ensure Allergan has appropriate compliance governance and is able to respond quickly to changes in compliance expectations.
