Bonus Scheme - we operate a discretionary, non-contractual bonus scheme which if awarded is normally paid annually.

Annual Leave - 25 days annual leave per annum (plus 3 additional in the December holidays) which is in addition to statutory bank holidays. 

Pension Scheme - The company operates an excellent Defined Contribution Pension Scheme for employees.
